Tiara Mosley

Tiara Mosley is a multimedia producer, filmmaker, and storyteller with a passion for turning ideas, people, and real-life moments into compelling visual stories. With experience across television, film, digital media, commercial production, and live events, she has built a career that allows her to tell stories both behind the camera and in the edit.

Currently, Tiara serves as a Video Specialist for Gwinnett County Public Schools, creating content that captures the people, achievements, and experiences that make up one of Georgia's largest school communities. Before joining GCPS, she worked as a Promotions Producer for Sinclair Broadcast Group, producing television promos, digital campaigns, social media content, and creative marketing for broadcast audiences.

Her production background extends beyond traditional broadcast. Through Production Rockstars, Tiara has contributed to productions connected to CBS Sports, the GRAMMYs, Amazon's Phat Tuesdays, and Zeus Network. Her film work has also allowed her to step into different sides of storytelling, earning IMDb credits as a production assistant on A Family Betrayal, cinematographer for Emerge, and writer of the 2025 short film Last Christmas.

Tiara is also the founder of NOISIV.I Productions, her independent production company focused on bringing creative concepts to life through commercial, branded, and visual content. Her skill set spans creative development, writing, producing, cinematography, editing, motion graphics, and post-production. That range gives her the ability to understand a project from the first idea to the final frame.

A graduate of Clark Atlanta University with a degree in Mass Media Arts, Tiara continues to build a body of work rooted in creativity, purpose, and connection.
